Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions of use for the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided on this website by the Service operator (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Operator concerning the use of the Service.
- In addition to these Terms, the Operator may establish various provisions (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions"), such as rules for use, in relation to the Service. These Individual Provisions, regardless of their name, shall constitute a part of these Terms.
- In the event that any provision of these Terms conflicts with the provisions of the Individual Provisions, the provisions of the Individual Provisions shall take precedence unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provisions.
Article 2 (User Registration)
- In order to register for the Service, an applicant for registration shall apply for use registration by agreeing to these Terms and following the method specified by the Operator, and the use registration shall be completed when the Operator approves the application.

If the Operator determines that an applicant for use registration falls under any of the following reasons, the Operator may not approve the application for use registration, and shall bear no obligation to disclose the reason.
- In the event that false information is provided during the application for use registration
- In the event that the application is made by a person who has violated these Terms in the past
- In other cases where the Operator deems the use registration to be inappropriate
Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
- Users shall manage their User ID and password for the Service appropriately at their own responsibility.
- Users shall not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend their User ID and password to a third party, or share them with a third party. The Operator shall consider any login using a combination of User ID and password that matches the registered information as being made by the User who registered the User ID.
- The Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred due to the use of a User ID and password by a third party, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Operator.
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of servers or networks of the Operator, other Users, or third parties
- Commercial use of information obtained through the Service
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Operator's services
- Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access
- Collecting or accumulating personal information of other Users
- Using the Service for improper purposes
- Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other Users or third parties
- Impersonating other Users
- Advertising, promoting, soliciting, or conducting sales activities on the Service without the Operator's permission
- Acts aimed at meeting strangers of the opposite sex
- Providing benefits directly or indirectly to anti-social forces in connection with the Operator's services
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

The Operator may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if the Operator determines that any of the following circumstances exist:
- Maintenance or updating of computer systems related to the Service
- Provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
- Computer or communication line failures due to accidents
- Other cases where the Operator determines that providing the Service is difficult
- The Operator shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages incurred by Users or third parties as a result of the suspension or interruption of the Service.
Article 6 (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)

The Operator may, without prior notice, restrict the use of all or part of the Service by a User or cancel a User's registration if the User falls under any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- It is found that there is false information in the registration details
- Failure to fulfill payment obligations such as fees
- No response from the Operator for a certain period
- No use of the Service for a certain period since the last use
- Other cases where the Operator deems the use of the Service inappropriate
- The Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User due to actions taken by the Operator under this Article.
Article 7 (Withdrawal)
Users may withdraw from the Service through the withdrawal procedures prescribed by the Operator.
Article 8 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability)
- The Operator makes no express or implied warranty that the Service is free from defects in fact or law (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc.).
- The Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result of the Service.
- The Operator shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes between Users and other Users or third parties in relation to the Service.
Article 9 (Modification of Service Content)
The Operator may change, add, or discontinue the content of the Service with prior notice to Users, and Users shall accept such changes.
Article 10 (Amendment of Terms of Service)

The Operator may amend these Terms without the individual consent of Users in the following cases:
- When the amendment to these Terms benefits the general interest of Users
- When the amendment to these Terms does not conflict with the purpose of the Service usage agreement, and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the amendment, the reasonableness of the content after the amendment, and other circumstances concerning the amendment
- The Operator shall notify Users in advance of the amendment, the amended content of these Terms, and the effective date thereof.
Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Operator shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with the Operator's "Privacy Policy."
Article 12 (Notices or Communications)
Notifications or communications between Users and the Operator shall be carried out by the method prescribed by the Operator. Unless otherwise notified by the User following a method separately determined by the Operator, the Operator shall consider the currently registered contact information as valid, and shall send notifications or communications to such contact information, which shall be deemed to have reached the User at the time of transmission.
Article 13 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)
Users may not assign or pledge as collateral their status under the usage agreement or their rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without the prior written consent of the Operator.
Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
- In the event of any disputes arising in relation to the Service, the Fukuoka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
