  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following cases do not fall under third parties:

    2. When personal information is provided as part of a business succession due to a merger or other reason
    3. When personal information is jointly used with a specific party and the user has been notified or the user can easily know the items of personal information, the scope of joint users, the purpose of use, and the name of the person responsible for managing the personal information

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

  1. When a user requests the disclosure of their personal information, the Operator shall disclose it to the user without delay. However, all or part of the information may not be disclosed if disclosure falls under any of the following, and if a decision not to disclose is made, the user shall be notified without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for the disclosure of personal information:

    3. If it violates other laws and regulations
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in principle, information other than personal information such as history information and characteristic information will not be disclosed.
  3. A handling fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for the disclosure request of personal information.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

  1. If a user's personal information held by the Operator is incorrect, the user may request the Operator to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") the personal information according to the procedures specified by the Operator.
  2. If the Operator determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, it shall promptly make the Correction, etc. of the relevant personal information.
  3. The Operator shall notify the user without delay when a Correction, etc. is made or a decision is made not to make a Correction, etc. based on the preceding paragraph.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

  1. If the user requests the suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension, etc.") of the use of personal information on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or obtained by fraudulent means, the Operator will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
  2. Based on the investigation results, if it is determined that it is necessary to comply with the request, the Operator shall promptly suspend the use of the relevant personal information.
  3. The Operator shall notify the user without delay when a Suspension, etc. is made or a decision is made not to make a Suspension, etc. based on the preceding paragraph.
  4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if Suspension, etc. involves a significant cost or if it is difficult to carry out Suspension, etc., an alternative measure will be taken to protect the rights and interests of the user.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  1. The content of this Policy may be changed without notifying the user, except as otherwise provided by law or this Policy.
  2. Unless otherwise specified by the Operator, the changed Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
